So when did this start, that NASCAR drivers have to have their own unique “thing” to do when they win? Maybe we can blame this on Alan Kulwicki, when he did his reverse victory lap, but that was pretty cool, and at least it wasn't silly. So the kid Austin Dillon wins the truck race yesterday, and now his “thing” is to slide across the grass, like there was an invisible water slide there. What the heck is that? And he's pretty good, so I guess we'll be sing more of those in the future. It's bad enough we have to watch Carl Edwards do back flips every other week, and now that's not enough of a “thing”, so he has to run up into the grand stands too. Good grief. Ok, so I'm being cynical now, hehe.
