One thing comes to mind; notice which ones are photographed on the ground. Kind of lends creedence to the adage 'if it looks like it will fly, it probably will'. Great pictures.

There was a great little book about the designing and flying of the aircraft in the movie. Told all about the design of the replicas and how they flew. "Making the Planes for the Magnificent Men" was the title, I think. Interesting reading.
