Did you update / re-install Win7 drivers for your video card, motherboard, etc.? Once you get your system drivers up to the Win7 standard and that fails to solve the problem, then you can start trouble shooting FSX control panel settings using the tools from Jesus available at the top of the FSX Forum list. (For example look through FSX Guides and FSX Tweaks at the top.)

Also have you added the service packs and/or Acceleration to FSX?

Do you have DX10 preview on in the settings? Some aircraft textures do not appear, they are just white models instead.

Turn DX10 off if you have.
