This one isn't even in beta yet. The materials aren't done.

roger that. Please understand...I think this pane is very nice looking. My comment was not meant as an insult to your work or how you are doing it. Maybe like you said, its a matter of personal taste. I too have seen my share of the F-15 Eagle in its many variants, and maybe just my experience is otherwise. Actually, the aircraft itself here does not look too bad, but the tanks are the things that stand out to me.

Anyway, keep up the great work and hopefully someone will modify paints to bring a more dull/flat apperance to the plane.

As I said, the materials aren't done. Which means the shine isn't correct and we know it.

I was asked by a tester if he could post pics of the F-15C... guess I should have said NO.

I'm really glad you did Colin it looks fantastic this is much more my cup of teal compared to the 'E' version even though I really can't wait for that too!

You will enjoy her....she has quite a bit more performance than the E due to the lack of CFTs. Easy to pull the nice 8.5 Gs in the dogfight.

It's not a slight critique when you say you won't buy it because it's shiny. It's ... well.... not slight.

I won't go into what I think it is...

This one won't last long at this rate, and it's not one I'm going to lose sleep over if it's locked.

since I worked on weapons systems in the NAVY.....most likely not.

We appreciate your input. I too believe the F-15C paints need some fixing in certain aspects. Please feel free to check back after she is in Beta (as she is still in Alpha and these paints were made many months ago). Perhaps she'll suit your needs then.

Many thanks, Diego

Gentlemen, please.. its been stated many times that these pictures are of an alpha stage product. that means they are no different than anything i or any other developer would post as an alpha product.. Its very far from completyion. Can we please stop the bickering and give Colin and Steve the chance to work their magic on it?/ We all know the quality that Milviz produces. Please relax.. Or i might just have to get a wee bit upset ok?/ I dont wanna get upset.. really..

Hey, don't get too bothered by it.

It's understandable to want to share something good like this, but at the same time you really need to keep in mind that as a representative of the developer you are testing for you will generate comments both ways...especially on something that is an alpha version!

Don't get discouraged. Learn and move forward! :salute:
