Ghost Aircraft in FSX

Some of my installs are just fine ... but others ... I can see the flight crew ... but NO AIRCRAFT? I call them Ghost Aircraft.

What is causing this?

My Razbam Skyraiders are fine ... the Banshees just aren't.
My MAAM C47 is just fine ... my Manfred Jahn C47's aren't.

and the list goes on.

This is usually caused by loading an aircraft that uses 2048x2048 (or larger) textures, when FSX that hasn't been upgraded to SP2 (or Acceleration)
