Missing File af_blkhseadd_1stry_15x15

Hi all
I am missing a file file for PHP-2, af_blkhseadd_1stry_15x15.
and cannot find any references to it in the forum or searches.
Any help would be appreciated

It's in the AF_Bunker_Pak which is here at SOH.Probably in the archieves.

I have a few of the AF object files, but not this one.
Sorry to pester people. I have looked in the archives and for pen32's files but on looking at the latter I get a blank screen.
I must try and work around this.
