Cannot locate / download " F18EpaintkitPt1.zip" from site.

Hello, I'm trying my hand at some more advanced paint schemes and wanted to see if anyone happen to have the " F18EpaintkitPt1.zip (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/#download)" in their library. I found it here on the site but am unable to download it (404 missing error /file). Thanks

Have you tried sending the author an e-mail and asking them (Team KBT) if they can
send you a copy, it's at the bottom of the English readme that came with the one you have, filename fa18e_sh.zip.
