O.T Audio Recorder? [Archive]

I'm looking for a Audio recorder to record a streaming live Web program [FSBreak] that I enjoy.I'd like to record and listen tonight instead of waiting for the podcast later in the week. Something Free with a timer is what I have in mind.Any suggestions would be great! Thank You.

p.s. Incidentally,FS Break is a twice a month podcast with News/Reviews and good conversation relating to FlightSim.The show is on Today @ 2pm eastern,You can find them here...
