I just saw in the news that Yenwith Whitney a former Tuskegee Airman passed away the other day. He was 86 years old. Mr. Whitney is the only Tuskegee Airman I've ever seen or met in person. Before his last wife passed away a few years ago I used to run into him almost daily where I work. He was a heck of a nice gentlemen and one of our favorite members to our staff.

He was one of the Tuskegee Airmen that was in the group known as the "Lucky Seven". There is great photo of the seven of them sitting on top of an aircraft during WWII. I've seen it on the internet before but just had no luck locating it again.
RIP Mr. Whitney :engel016:
