Ouch - this must have hurt...:

In my eyes, those "slim line" Bombardiers are ugly as hell, but this taxi rampage was more than mean!

S'pose no one got hurt...

Cheers,
Markus.

That's not quite how it works at a taxiway intersection. When another airplane in front of you has been cleared to make a taxiway crossing at an intersection, you don't pass that intersection unless you're sure the crossing aircraft (which has the right of way) has cleared the intersection. The Bus pilot obviously didn't make sure, and he was going too fast at that spot, which incidently, is also the approach end of a runway. Look at the clip again, and you'll see runway end identifier lights.

So thats why they tell you to remain seated until the seatbelt sign goes out!

It all makes sense now!!

Bone...might be prudent to get your fleet repainted in Hi Viz??? ;p

Now that is just plain out crazy. Certaintly not something you see everyday! At least the jet was as far off the taxiway as it was cause it could have turned out a lot worse.

"give way to the traffic at Kilo Delta" Hahaha, yeah you sure did KD. Even though that's a conversation nobody wants to ever be a part of, you got mentioned, and it was at no risk or jeopardy. Lol.

Looks like Air France just bought a slightly abused CRJ.

Here's the ATC recording of the incident...

Assuming that this recording wasn't cut-and-spliced, less than four seconds after acknowledging the "give way" instruction, Comair reports getting hit...
