Can guns be attached to elevators, rudders?
yes of course - but you would want to be perhaps a little bit more specific, would you not?

So if you move the rudder up, the gun will shoot upward, etc???Have you actually dont this?

I don't know about your airplane's physics, but in mine, the rudder controls yaw - left-right movement - and my elevators control pitch (up/down movement)
Attaching guns to control surfaces is "generally" not a good idea since you can't aim them guns properly...
Perhaps you can let us know:
What modelling program you're using,
What are you trying to accomplish?

... are we only 'joking' in here ... NO, of course not!
As Felix has mentioned ... answer his questions, then we might be able to help much better.
BTW - the current SFM builds (soon to be released) have animated turrets / guns (just for the visual effect in FS9) - guns rotate up/downright with a wingfold animation to a 'serviced positon' - turrets 'yaw' coupled with a stock rudder animation - again, this is just for the visual effect - and the fwd lower turret rotates - with an undercarriage animation (c_gear) - its guns to a 12 o'clock position when the gear is retracted - see some pics below
BTW2 - the only M$ sim where you can really make 'good use' of gun movements, is CFS3!

That's also how many of us do moving aircrew heads, and I did the nose cannon on my MI-24 Hind like this. Tagged it as a control surface.

...Right, ok, so is it possible to have an up down movement with a second elevator? and side to side with a second rudder?...:)

Yep, you can make the guns move tagging em as an extra rudder an elevator.
Just add a _1 to the end of the name " r_elevator_1" you can keep addin to it "_2, _3"

Just remember - and this is for clarification purposes (i.e. restating the obious) - your "guns" will move in concert with the rudder/elevator, not independently.
