Hi all, I know this may have been done before but it's a grand way for me to get my hands on some more good aircraft!!

So, what's your favourite add on aircraft for CFS2 and why?

Currently mine is Thicko's Sea Hurricane with a Hurricane soundpack I found here. Something very satisfying about landing a Hurri on a flat top :wiggle:

Ian,

Okay, I'll bite...I'd have to say Brunosk's Spitfire Mk. Vb / Vc in Tropicalized and non-Tropicalized versions.

I'll take a chomp, Philippe Burnage's Typhoons, Mossies, and Tempests followed closely by Tango Romeo's B-25's, B-26's and Bf-110's. They're all excellent as Player Aircraft and AI's with good details and great high number FPS performance.

@Rami: Got them a few days ago and they are indeed pretty stunning!! I also have a soft spot for his Fulmar

@Pen32win I have the Typhoons, and I like Tango Romeo's B-25's and like them, so His Bf110 will be my next addition!

Hi all,

I'll go for Alphasim's Typhoon (with Lawdog's sound pack) and Groundcrew's BF110 (with GC's sound pack). Aeroplane Heaven's freeware Spits and 'Canes. Can't forget Wolfi's SB2C Helldiver and Ju87B Stuka! (Wish he would do a TBF Avenger)

Kind regards,

TW

Been messing with a Beaufighter 21 with a Pacific skin. Needed a little tinkering here and there to get it the way I wanted it (whats new!). Fine modelling if a touch heavy on the frame rate. I think it's hard to beat. Credits below:

O.K. here's my two cents,
Virtual Wings FW190D, with Lawdog Jumo sound pack, Morton panel, and Kelticheart prop disc. Available in a variety of flavors for your enjoyment. If used properly is a bad bad boy, still challenged by those pesky P-51's though!! http://www.virtualwings.org/dora/index.htm :salute:

Had a try with it, Love everything except: The Wheels don't rotate and the ''canopy open'' isn't allocated to the usual button

I know I know, I'm fussy but things like that really bug me

Don't forget the Groundcrew CFS 2 aircraft. While they are aging, they still fill some important niches in the Senior Sim.
