You can buy a VRInsight GPS-5 panel, which runs in windowed mode only and costs £350. Or you can do this, which costs peanuts and works in full-screen mode as well...

You can get a cheap,but perfectly adequate, numeric keypad for only a few $ from dealxtreme.com :)
