FS2004 carrier package question

I have seen several videos and screenshots around the FS 2004 world with aircraf on carriers with deck crews. Does anyone know what package that would be? I have the 2006 package but the decks are clear. Any direction would be appreciated.

This might be what you're looking for. It's Richard Hogan's original ArrCab carrier pack that was released freeware and he gave me permission to upload it to here a long time ago. It was for FS2002 and works fine in FS9. It gives you 18 Nimitz class aircraft carriers scattered about the world with flight crews and vehicles on deck.

thinks...didn't Rich Hogen re-release one of his later packs (that used to be 'Abacus Flight Deck')
as freeware last year?
