A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Skins

Description: This is a repaint for Milton Shupe's (and team_see read me) gorgeous Beechcraft AT-11 Kansan plane for FS9 and FSX. The repaint is in DXT3 (No MIP) and works very well in my FSX rig and should also do well for FS9.

This is a "What if..." but I'll not bore you further with the reasoning behind it, this being my 12th... Suffice to say that when Japan overran the Dutch East Indies (Indonesia today), such planes could have been used by the Dutch. Following reasearch on this type of trainer, it apppears that Japan had a closely resembling plane (KI-54 nicknamed Hickory") which did exactly the same things as the Kansan. Their "Hickory" was further compared with like planes such as the Avro Hanson and the Beech C-45 (rings a bell...?). So, they would have been more than happy to salvage such spoils of war so early in the war.

Enjoy and go fly,

Fleurdelys
