Saitec USB gold joy stick wont load...

My computer will not recognise my USB stick...When I go to add it, it shows nothing (win ME) under gaming options, it will wont show up even when I switch USB ports....software is intstalled...

Any thoughts on that?

.....No Its direct, as my hub isnt working....I may have to wait until the new computer....Im having a few problems with ME on the new HD. Not a problem with the OEM H/D = (.......
