It was purchased at Bestbuy...And I have gone to the VRS forums and I am utterly confused about posting a question!

PLEASE DO NOT PM TEAM MEMBERS WITH SUPPORT REQUESTS
It is against our policy to give private support. The reason(s) are simple: Every minute we take giving you private support is time wasted giving others support who may be able to benefit from the same information you're already asking for. You won't get help faster by PMing us. In most cases private support requests will be ignored. While this may sound harsh, it's the only way we can maintain a high level of support fairly for everyone.

Unless you are explicitly asked by us to send a PM, do not do it. Users violating this policy will be warned.

DO NOT POST PRIVATE INFORMATION IN THE FORUMS
If your support request requires private information (i.e. your license ID), send it as an email to support[at]vrsimulations.com.

FAQs
Please browse the FAQs (http://www.vrsimulations.com/forums/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=24). Chances are very good that any issue you encounter will be addressed there.

Thank you.."

But yet I can't post in the forum?

"GETTING SUPPORT: If you are a boxed product customer who purchased from a retail store (not online), you may not be entitled to interactive technical support. Most boxed versions sold in the US in retail stores are heavily discounted and therefore do not come with interactive technical support. Note the word "interactive" means one-on-one support is unavailable and the forums are read-only at your support level.

If you would like to receive interactive support, but are currently ineligible (i.e. you cannot post messages once registered), a support option may be purchased from your customer page (https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/customers/) at additional cost. Once you've purchased a support upgrade, you can elevate your forum permissions by visiting the License Update page (http://forums.vrsimulations.com/forums/LicenseUpdate.php).

Enjoy your new aircraft, and PLEASE read the documentation! It is available from the Start Menu-->VRS Superbug X Program Group."

So not knowing any of this upfront..because you can't access the forum until you buy it...What do I do with the CD?....Take it back????
I just want to get it running!
I have read through the FAQ's...I have everything they say I need....But ACM will not run during install?

HEHEHE...yup....that was me!

:jump:
Jon and I went back and forth last nite...(New Years Eve) and he did help me get everything working!...except for my F/A-18 operating skills!
Kudos to him for a fast response and diligence in getting everything to work!
