Hello Guys!
I don´t know to much about this aircraft but i know that it is evolving a bit slow and it seems that no country is interested in it.
What do you think about the future of the Dassault Rafale´s project?

Yep. I´m not Fench but it sounds offensive. What make you think that they don´t have honor? Honor is a peronal fact, wars aren´t won with honor. What do you think honor is?
Why are you talking about ¨every war¨? What is ¨every war¨? Have you ever heard about XVI century French men-at-arms called Gendarmes?
What about ¨i respect their culture but they are a ****ing cowards¨?

...its not easy to defend a country surrounded by enemies... think it... they didn´t enjoy the productive capabilities that other allied countries had... they were not defended by the distance of a never ending ocean...

Rafale outperformed the F-15 Eagle, face it, its not a weak Swiss cheese at all.

while i am not knocking the french, i just want to point out that when they gave us the statue, no one wanted it. it sat on a barge in the harbor for about a year. the statue was dedicated by grover cleaveland, who originally voted against it. he was also the only u.s. president to serve 2 non-consecutive terms in office.
the french have contributed greatly to life as we know it through art, science, culture, msic, food, manufacturing, etc, on and on. however, some of the reputation they endure was attributed them for entirely apropriate reasons. all i'm saying is, we all (all countries) have warts of some kind.

The new King of the Skies! It has no equal, not even close.

The Rafale is a darn good fighter with excellent capability as also does the Typhoon . One may have certain advantages over the other but it all boils down to the skills of the pilots flying each bird that ultimately dictates how successful it will be in combat.

As to the F-15, I have to defend the old girl. The Eagle is unmatched by any Fighter in history in terms of Air to Air Kill Ratio. It has been a great Fighter and rightfully earned it's place in history. It may be falling behind newer generations of Jet Fighters but it is still highly capable in the right hands and will be for some time until it's successor is at full numbers.

I have the highest respect for Dassault, Eurofighter, SAAB, Ect. They build great machines and have great people working in their ranks. I am glad that there are Planes of this capability protecting us all on either side of the Atlantic.

Do you know what will happen to Grippens, adn if Rafales are going to be used (At least) as a carrier fighter, or it will be crapped?
