Outlook 2007

I use Outlook 2007 for my mail, and recently it was running real slow, like 30 seconds to change folders, i did a simple search and found this. scroll down to first picture, thats where it starts

Thanks Ron, I administer a good size exchange server and Outlook 2K7 is our client, this will come in handy for a few of my "Problem Children"
