I'm guessing those 2 titles are the B707 and B52!

Then my grand total for bargains in the Sales this year will remain at five whole dollars (for the A10).
I'm almost relieved! :santahat:

They may as well not even bother since they won't be including the planes people actually want to buy.

Oh well CS, you won't be getting any of my money! :salute:

Is 0 dollars better than 5?

Rather presumptuous isnt it? - I'm buying the Herc (if I find the time on the day the sale is on) and I know a few simmers at NZFF will be doing the same

Well I hope I don't miss the sale. All that military and world time confuses the snot out of me.
I can barely look down at my watch and figure out the correct time.

The 707 and B-52 aside, I really would recommend the C-130 and B727 packs to anyone who is undecided.

Are they as difficult to start as the B52 Driver?
I would really like the 727

The 727 is a truly great add-on. I fly the Purolator Freighter all over the globe!

Has anyone got the 767? is it any good? pros and cons please

The 727 has also somewhat strange flight dynamics (as the Herk) and the fuel system isn't working in a realistic way, but for 9,99 it's a very good deal.
Same goes for the 767. The visual model and the VC is GREAT but if you want a better flight model and more realistic systems modelling you definitely need the Level-D 767.

Bought the 727, 767 and C130 Pro pack. Only got the C130 downloaded before the servers were overloaded.

Hopefully I can get them downloaded today as I'm flying to London tonight and won't be back until the New Year. It said on check-out that the links were valid for 72hrs, but when I log in there is an extended download service available that lets you request new links. So hopefully should be able to get them when I get back and the servers quieten down.

Not gonna be much of a sale if no one can get in to buy. Maybe they will extend it by the number of hours they are down.

For those who were able to get somthing this morning, is it the 707 and B-52 that are officially not on sale?

B-52 was showing at a reduced price on the first page of the store-maybe 14.99 Euros?
Showed up in cart at 9.99 and was purchased for that.

The BUFF looks to be a great buy. Exterior is well done.
I have maybe 15 minutes on it this morning. Somehow got engines running with little trouble and flew (bounced) it off a small Tuvalu island where I had been flying some bush flights while waiting for the sale to start. Engine smoke effects are great, responds like you are flying a heavy. Flew it as a dark bird as after getting the engines going I did not want to shut them down while trying to figure out how to get the rest of the electrics fired up.

B-52 shows up as €19.99 with B707 as €24.99. That's with the paypal store.

Pity...I'd have bought both if they were part of the €9.99 sale...looks like another developer will be getting my money instead.;)

Well the B-52 was 9.99 using Visa which I used because I'm in an endless login loop problem with PayPal. Can't comment on the 707 price.

Many developers already got my money this season due to great sale prices.:salute:
Have acquired some true treasures that I would not otherwise have purchased that will cause me to look at their future offerings, which will hopefully come out after next March as I'm out of bucks...

Also donated some money to the sim-outhouse cause. This site and the people on it caused me to spend a couple of hundred bucks that saved me a couple of hundred bucks.
Would not have known about some of the sales, and would not have known if the offerings were worthwhile without you guys.

Thanks All, and Happy Whatever You Celebrate.:santahat:

In my opinion there´s no reason to pass the 707, if one happens to be even remotely interested in legendary & reasonably accurately modelled old beauties.

The 727 is also well worth the money, but if I had to choose between them now, I´d rate 07's value for money to be better than the 27´s.

If I knew more about the "Project X", and it´s possible combat related features, the BUFF might be a nice addition to my hangar, but until then I´ll consider it to be a "nice to own plane".

Even though the B-52 and 707 aren't at the 9.99 price I still think they're at a pretty good discount, particularly the 707 which is more than half off. I ended up buying the B-52 and the 707 for less than the regular price of the 707 alone.
