Keflavik Iceland?

I used to have this airbase in my ETO install, but now do not for whatever reason.
Does anyone know what airbase sceneries have Iceland and Greenland?

I am trying to fly from Goose Bay to England and keep running out of fuel because I cannot stop off to refuel and CFS2 does not have the availability of KC-10s or KC -135s for mid air refueling.

You could also try the Ferry mission pack by C(live?) Burgess from back in 2001. The sceneries are a bit basic but I still like to fly these from time to time.
