Sad news but at least noone was hurt and it looks rebuildable, at least to static although shouldn't be too hard to fly again

I just got word today from a friend about this too. Indeed it is sad, and just last year another one went down when departing from the CAF Airshow. It looks as though it was a very controlled landing, for the lack of significant damage. I had just seen this aircraft for the first time last year, and it seems so unreal! I know that last year (I think) the CAF's Dauntless had a power failure and made an emergency landing, though that one suffered no damage, as that one managed to find a small strip of concrete to land on, with gear down. I was suprised it was really never mentioned. I'm reallly glad that they were able to get out of it without a scratch, they feel like family members to me.
Thanks for letting us know Moses!

Saw the C-60 in Akron. Hope the damage isn't too bad.
