How about from now till after Christmas we post our Christmas shots. Here are two I took at a local merchants lights festival.

My wife and I went to the Christmas light show at the Acadian Village. This is a created village of actual Cajun homes and buildings which were moved from their original location and saved from destruction.

Each Christmas all the buildings are decorated with lights. The money raised from the light show goes to help mentally challenged men and women who work at the New Hope center associated with the village.

I'll have a lot more to come. Been to a state championship HS football game today, tired, my team lost 27 -17. Quite well, they were very much outplayed more than out classed. On the road for four hours.

I hope weather for at least a day or so will let up and we can have some real good nights to shoot here.
