"George" looks very familiar in that last bit. :d

Of course, the rest do, too. :costumes: It's amazing how "talent" gets around.

LT George is Hugh Laurie, who plays Dr. House on the Fox TV Show "House". Blackadder is Rowan Atkinson, most of us Yanks know him better as Mr. Bean. :)

A couple of years ago my wife got me the whole set for Christmas. It's a favorite in my family. We have a spirited debate on going as to which era is the most humorous. My vote is Hugh Laurie as the Prince Regent and Rowan Atkinson as Black Adder, his butler.

I have always loved the Blackadder series and will agree that series 2 and series 4 were the better ones.

I always found it interesting the way the characters developed over time. In series 1 it was Baldrick who was the intelligent one and Blackadder was the bumbling fool, series 2 brought a swing in the other direction and by series 3 Blackadder was firmly in control.
