Looking fantastic Henry! The first 331 sqn hi vis scheme certainly looked good on the Starfighter.

The clouds do that to me the farther north I fly. I like to fly at Thule AB in greenland, mainly because there's nothing there and I can get good FPS. They look like that there too.

Hi,

Looksa very cool Henry :jump: What model is it and if it has anything to do with SimSkunkWorks, is this the new model with new mapping on their forthcoming G-model ?

Thanks

Its the Alphasim version. The textures where uploaded to avsim i while ago, but don't know if they still are there after the infamous avsim-megahack incident. In my case i've lost everything even though i saved the important stuff in an external HD that went to "the lake of fire and sulphur" :icon32:

Anyway, its a good excuse for taking a break and a fresh start over again :-)

Indeed, I checked and one RNoAF paint is still available for d/l at AVSIM - a bare metal one. Thank you for all these Alphasim F-104 repaints. The ADC paints in particular are what caused me to buy the bird in the first place and I've never regretted it. They are truly awesome.

The 334 sq OD green one is listed at Flightsim.com along with half a dozen others. But that is the only RNoAF example they show. Perhaps if folks who have copies could get them to HenryW they could be uploaded here at SOH?

Henry,

Any chance of redoing the bare metal Nowegian scheme in the first few shots? I haven't been able to locate that one at either Frightsim or Avsim.

LT1
