Having a heck of a time getting the engines started so I can even get airborne... Fuel pumps are on, generators on, go through the start up sequence and you hear the nice sounds of the engine spooling up... but then it all goes quiet and you've got nothin'.

Any help? What the heck?

On the fuel management panel I have "Fuel Ready" on FLT. It doesn't go to the GRD position. All the other switches on the fuel management panel appear to be clickable, but don't change position... so whatever I'm supposed to be doing otherwise, I'm at a loss. Can anyone help?

Hi there:
Have you tried ctrl+e?
If so and no joy, please contact me via PM.

Best regards
Prowler (aka Ron Zambrano aka RAZBAM)

Different versions of FSX will treat low RPM friction differently. Accel may need a higher starter torque, or sometimes it is neceesary to crack the throttle a snitch till it gets going.

This applies to piston engines.

Thanks Tom... I finally got her working. Ron was working hard to help me today, and it turned out to be something totally stupid and nobody's fault but my own. I had rebooted FSX numerous times, and never thought to reboot the computer. Finally did and all is well.

Kudos to RAZBAM on an excellent aircraft. She's a beaut!! :wiggle:

Glad to see you enjoy her as well. You should pick up the Intruder while you are at it! I love both of these aircraft. Not to menion the Intruder has some cool missions that come with it.
