This is about SCASM source editing
Here is a thing that has got me scratching my head.
I have been asked to work on an FSDS.2 built model, I am trying to use control surface variables to animate cockpit details. Just as in this other thread (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=45244). But my interpolation to FS user variable offset 0x0312 does not work like it does in a Gmax model.
The DICT section of the two types of model is different.
FSDS.2 models seem to contain reference to variables that are not used at all.
I understand that this is an obscure subject, and I am really posting because I have found that trying to explain a problem to someone else can often help me figure it out myself.
