AHA ! I found another FPS killer !!!

In the traffic section set the airport vehicles slider all the way to the left (none). I was getting 10 FPS at major city airports such as Chicago. Now, I'm at 20 FPS.

Basic Specifications :
Asus A8V Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (Venice Core)
ATI All-In-Wonder X800XT (256MB/AGP)
2048MB of DDR400 RAM.

Same here with me. Reduced it to none, too. Even low settings cause big framerate-hits with no real usable effect!
