My anti-virus s/w says there's a virus at that link !!!!

It may of course be a false positive, but there's a safer alternative -

There are also several other files to be found if you search for Norway98 but it's not clear whether they work in both FS98 and CFS,
hope that helps,

I have just had the link checked by Gary's Hood on-line virus scanner. Here are the results;

So, one out of five virus scanners signal a possible infection. Chances are it is AntiVir having one of its little tantrum. Anyway, always scan downloads, as I do.

Your links, Rohan, seems to be more to the point, thanks.

You have to d/L the entire fs98 file and then the CFS conversion will override the 98 and update it to 1941. I was working on smoothing out some of the areas several years ago and as soon as I find my files I may be able to offer a small upgrade to it.

But for now I need a miracle, I want to start tweeking my Corsica and Italy 1941 scenery for CFS1 and I seem to be missing my main Corsica folder with my textures in it. The Combat Flight Center hosted it back in 2000 but it seems those has been lost. I am attempting to contact Bruno D. and the others to see if by some long shot they may still have a copy of it. If any one can ask around some of the old die hards would be much appreciated. It had over 8000 d/l's so the odds are 1 in 8000.

I have Italy v1.5 by C Burgess. The zipfile is (strangely) called Italy.zip.

Also another zipfile covering Corsica and Italy 1941 created by you I think - dave at combatfltsim@aol.com?

Unfortunately I have not yet got around to looking at it. Might have to wait until I retire.

Anyone want an upload or I can email it.

1 in 8000 and you are it, The Corsica and italy 1941 is the scenery I was looking for, after all these years I went to tweek it up for a rerelease and found I was missing half the file. That is an old email address, If you could email it to me at ***edited by smilo*** it would be greatly appreciated. I'll owe you a bottle of crown.

Miracles do happen!

Hope the download works for you?

You asked for a mailing address. You don't need to send me anything, I am glad to be able to help out. If you want to send $20 somewhere there must be a charity close to your heart (maybe one dealing with the New Orleans victims).

Dave and All,
I ended up getting five emails with downloads, this is a great community to belong to. Each one wanted no money. Dave your idea is a great one; but only because I lived thru it I want, need to correct a misperception. Yes New Orleans levys did fail and they had quite a mess according to the news. Most people do not realize N.O. is not on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, not even close. I live in Biloxi Ms (my home at 28' above sea level) and I was lucky to only have to rebuild my interior. Take a look in your browser and type: Katrina Pass Christian Ms, Gulfport Ms, Biloxi Ms.
They did not get flooded, they were removed off the map with nothing left standing.

Five times 20 is 100, I was willing to go that high for my missing file (my textures and south.bgl) so I have given Ya'lls money ( 500.00) to the Harrison County Shelter for Children, Originaly for Katrina children but they took the ball and ran with it. My wife is a sponser and will insure the money is not waisted.

I can email your tax deductable receipts as soon as her committee meets again.

Sorry for the rant

Dave
