Can't remember if this was ever posted before or not, but here goes...

Does anyone ever wonder about how the traffic patterns that are flown during EAA's Oshkosh event ever started?

Well, wonder no more and have a listen to a long time back on August 2nd, 1974.
When things stared to get out of hand at the big show. It's called Fantastic Friday.

Warning: It's a big file. Takes a little bit to open. But the results are entertaining to say the least.

Should've hired Eddie Murphy for ATC, but he'd been bored pretty easily. :d

has anybody ever made such a traffic file for the sim? Would be interesting to try if the pc could handle it :isadizzy:

I guess JFK, ORD or ATL at rush hour comes pretty close.

I've made AI traffic start stacking up. Usually, when they spent too much time going around, waiting on hold to get on the runway, etc they start disappearing.
