An awesome idea to wear the goggles.

I drove a car that way during an exhibition, with goggles and a panning camera, it was so darn weird. I allways turned in a direction I didnīt want to go, just plain strange, I wouldnīt want to fly a plane that way. The way he did, with a foam glider it might be ok, but I wouldnīt want to fly my Ultimate that way.

I would so love to install that onto my Hobbyzone Supercub. That looks like the ultimate flying RC experience. If I did a loop in it though, would I fall backwards? I would probably have to sit down to fly, lol...

You'd have to resist a few impulses, like buzzing yourself really closely, or chasing the neighbour's cat.
And you'd have to remember which direction not to barf in :wiggle:

Of course you can do this kind of thing with an iPhone too:

Combat Flight Simulation might be the Next Big Thing, with no arguments about FDE's

He wasn't controlling the RC model with the headvisor; that only controlled the camera's pan/tilt.

Look at the bog-standard controller in his left hand as he lauches the a/c... :ernae:

That plane sure stop quickly after landing. LOL

Panther can do that, too. But his planes are usually wrecked after that. :d

This is what happens if you get too carried away with an RC plane and clouds lol

man, that last video was cool...

Incredible what they have out now technology wise... Just an RC plane, and he was up there flying around. Glad he got his bird back. I'll bet that would have been a huge money loss if it never showed back up...
