This little story caught my eye today a WW 1 Fokker D.VII is tucked away in a small museum in Quebec and the thing is unrestored, it has been there since Canada retired it after WW 1. Amazing little fact apparently the 22 D.VII's were shipped to Canada after the war and used as part of our first Air Squadron, and were also used in the first version of our "Snowbirds" airobatic Demonstration team flown by none other than "Billy Bishop".

The fact that this AC is unrestored is remarkable . It has obviously been well taken care of over the years . A very interesting story and thanks for sharing . ( " possibly worth a million dollars " )
Wow ! My vote would be to keep it at its current location but I could see where that would be a difficult decision .

It's been kept in good shape where it's at for 90 years. So why move it? O' course if it's moved, someone will manage to line their pockets out of it which is probably why there's talk of moving it.
