This will do air to ground misiles in FSX.. Hell fires of course.. Got the Apache exterior 95% done.. VC is next.. There was Mission F 18 that was air to air.. so the same codes were tested for air to ground and the Apache helo was the best candidate to kill moving tanks and trucks and simple bunkers on the ground.. Lasers from ground troops paint your targets and you line up and give em hell (fire) missile.. Thanks to the superbug guys for sending me that awsome F 18.. It works with the FSX Mission F 18 project great..you have to fly it by joystick or mouse yoke..great aircraft.. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/images/icons/icon10.gif

While I value a bit of realism and fun, can this be adapted to the Alphasim/Virtavia AH-64D longbow, Ka-50 Blackshark, Mi-28 Havok or even Aera51Sim AH1Z Super Cobra? I mean no offence but while the mission ideas and looks of the missile's and tanks etc is excellent I know a lot of us will be put off by the aircraft models themselves which are well as I said no offence before but quite basic. But if this could be added to a high quality third person addons then your on to a winner, but flying what looks like an AI model in this day and age mate is just the only reason why I'd never spend money on this excellent idea! Just my two cents and I wish you the best of luck!

Would love to this for free flight and be able to be added to most FSX helicopters.

Hi Pete.. Absolutely.. All my info includes detailed step by step instructions on how to chng my game aircraft out to others..either temporary or permanant.. Free flight is a good question on the pack.. Other=NO you cannot use standard free flight to go shoot at targets and they explode or do something.. The AI targets are all special made to work only in (Missions) to have them interact. It takes butt loads of code implemented into each target.. thats how all games are made from medal of honor to demon beast 19 game-- its the same in coding for FSX mission systemhttp://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/images/icons/icon6.gif

They started a new clock when they had the big crash a while back. BTW, just out of nosiness, are you still doing all this by hand editing the X file? :icon_lol:

Hi Paul.. Yip.. as crazy as it is I build all models and scenery piece by piece as X files.. because FSDS has no attachpt add.. you have to manually do it in an x file..plus other stuff such as edit lighting and other junk.. I have been playing with the modeldef.xml guids too adding my own for guid generated actions within the mission tool plus all sorts of ouuta the box xanim files using those guides.. It all ends up with something never before done as usual... you know me..reverse trangicant mixed congricant bias convergivariant de-configurant bi-diesiel re-co-configure magnitude 12 pack in the end.... more fun coding than flyin.. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/images/icons/icon10.gif
