for Oahu i would recommend the megascenery Hawaii, i bought it for $5 on a Christmas sale about 2 years ago :)

There is freeware scenery for Kauai and Niihau over at LockOnFiles by Ironhand that is very, very good.
Registration is required to download.

Aerosoft Dillingham payware is great, it is my homebase for quite some time now! Had the luck to win it in a guess the aircraft quiz. But I think it is not too expensive anyway.
