If you're using Firefox or Internet Explorer, install Google Toolbar on your browser and activate the auto translator feature in it. Most foreign language sites will automatically be translated when visited, and some will prompt you to translate by giving you a toolbar prompt and button to manually click on. This site is in Chinese (simplified) BTW.

If I'm not wrong, Navy Field was a naval strategy game to play online. You could design your own ships and then send them to combat other players, in Warcraft style.

Maybe they have now added planes as well, but I don't think you could possibly take any profit for CFS2.
