Textures in sky scenery

Note the visible layers in the sky textures. Is there a setting on my video card to eliminate the lines?

I just asked the same question after changing graphics card. It seems I had set the color to 16 bit rather than 32 inside the FS display menu.

Figured out the problem.

Had the Filter setting at "none". Changed it, and all is ok now!
