Not at all, if someone has the net worth to be able to afford it. That looks like an awesome place to live.

Some very cool stuff there Rami. Thanks for the heads up.

In the Tom Cruise movie 'Minority Report', their cars part on the sides of the buildings. That was pretty wild, lol..

Who knows what the future will be like long from now.

On that second link, the Super Nova 60 Yacht was pretty sharp. What a huge vessel..

Also cuts down on, on street parking ... or having to rent a space in a deck or having your car vandalized because of where you parked it last night.

No.

I've seen parking garages that have been using elevators/lifts for years in large cities, already.
Gain more space by not having a traffic ramp taking up so much space to access various levels.
Think this is a wonderful idea.
No need to have to sweat parking your car on a city street, like Snuffy said.

I don't think it's insane at all. All those condos will sell. While most of us regular folks worry about the economy, keeping our jobs, etc. there's a substantial portion of the US population who have more freakin' money than they know what to do with. A million bucks for a one-bedroom condo? No prob, that's petty cash to some people. Don't bother with a mortgage. The "en-suite" parking feature seems a bit extravagant but it's a nice security feature if you have a luxury car and/or you're concerned about the safety of your family.
