Hi guys, my brother sent me a photo he took a couple of days ago and there is something strange in it..... Its not been edited apart from the area zoomed into, I'll leave it up to you to decide.

Looks like a storm approaching close by. Could it just be a bit of debris like paper/cardboard tossed up by the wind gusts just ahead of the storm. Does look like a bird to me.
