I downloaded some of the Pacific theater misions and campaigns and need a Strearman for some of the missions. I cannot find any for CFS2.
Anybody interested in converting or building?

Dave Echart did a very nice Stearman for FS2002 that works flawlessly in CFS2. No conversion needed at all to use it....I think even the gauges work properly. Let me did around the various sites and find a link for you.

You can only call Jinx when you say the same thing at the same time....and since I said it 16 mintues before you did...you are now guilty of wrongful jinxing and thus have to remain silent until some one calls your name...SO THERE!

SC7500 ... I've seen the final line of this poem with your posts and wanted to share this with you. Too many years ago, our freshman English teacher, Mr. Ernie Frutkin, read this poem in class. That was a quarter century ago ... and I have never forgotten it. Amazing the impact a few well written words can have, isn't it?

Thanks for the memory ... gave me a little boost.

Cheers, Bill:kilroy:

Off the subject. There's another poem by the same author (Randell?) about a navy pilot circling the spot where his wing man went down until gas shortage forces him to leave. He knows his friend will not be recovered.

Mr. Kestrell, Sir;

I originally asked for and received permission to use this snippet from [I believe] B24 Guy's info page... My memory is shot, so apologies if I called the wrong name here.

It honors an uncle I never met who died while serving as a B-17 BTG in 1944...

You are correct, sir ~ few lines of prose or poetry stick with you like this one...

Best
