I am pleased to announce the release of the first volume in the photoreefs series for PW Sceneries.

This package features a set of phototextures for the water surrounding the islands featured in PW Sceneries Volume 1 - Grenada. It gives you accurate representation of the reefs and beaches in the area and blends in with the default textures perfectly.

It does not replace any water textures and works perfectly alongside water texture addons, such as FEX or REX. As it is photoscenery it sits on top of the FSX waterclass.

This package requires PW Sceneries Volume 1.

It is 100% FREE!!!

Neat looking stuff. Sorry for off-topic, but are there any news regarding Shader Model 3 combatible FSWC?

Downloaded and installed it. Fantastic! Now if I could only get your scenery to play nice with the ones from JL Valladier, I would be in Caribbean heaven.

There's quite a bit of work involved in making FSWC compatible with the SM3 hack. Also i'm not sure if you actually gain any advantages from using SM3 as the hack appears to just port the SM2 code into an SM3 format. At least it did when I last looked at it.

Which ones are those? PW Sceneries should sit nicely with any addon that conforms to the FSX SDK.

The only issues that may happen is if the scenery does not include excludes to remove underlying scenery or if it is near a coast line and lines up with the default, inaccurate coastlines rather than my accurate ones. In either of these cases you'll have to contact the developer for fixes.

I installed this yesterday and took a spin around the island in my Twinkie. The reefs look great! I'm looking forward to this enhancement for the other four PW scenery packs. Good work! :applause: Thanks guys!
