Taking old World War II photos, Russian photographer Sergey Larenkov carefully photoshopped them over more recent shots to make the past come alive. Not only do we get to experience places like Prague, Vienna, and Moscow in ways we could have never imagined, more importantly, we are able to appreciate our shared history in a whole new and unbelievably meaningful way.

Fascinating photographs!
In addition to being carefully crafted efforts, they add a poignancy by making the events of the past more relevant to the present.
Thanks for posting them!

Well done, and the juxtaposition of the two time periods in the exact same spots is very creative thinking. I've always been a reader and study of the ETO in WWII, and postwar Europe has always intrigued me as well.
