WTB PC133 Ram....need 256 meg

I am looking for either one or two 256 meg PC133 SDRAM mem sticks. I want to max out my mem to 512 Meg (Win Me). Currently have 3 128 meg sticks, so can either replace one of them with a 256 or replace all with 2 256 sticks. System is a HP Pavilion from 2000. Used mem is fine as long as it is good stuff. Looking for a really good deal. E-bay prices are still too steep for my thin wallet.
