All of a sudden, yesterday and this morning I'm having "Out of Memory" issues with FSX and it shuts down after about 5 minutes of flight. I have changed nothing in the settings. What could have gone wrong? I have a Quad core Q9400 with 4 gigs (2x2 gig) of OCZ DDR2. This just started.
Thanks

Might be time for some disk clean up and a good defrag session.

Just ran CCleaner and dumped the restore files in system Restore and it still does it.
I have a 150 gig HD that has 22% free space ....... could this be it?

That might be it, but you might also has some bad RAM. RAM can get fried due to a power surge or a bad voltage controller on the motherboard, excessive heat, or simply a defect in the RAM. Have you run any tests on the RAM?

I have a 1k watt UPS that everything is plugged into. No surge likely.
Where can I get a program to test the ram? The ram is only about 3 months old. This is a Gigabyte GA-G31M MB and it only has 2 ram slots. After the HD upgrade is going to be another MB and more ram.

Memtest, Prime95 or Orthos are good and free the last time I checked.
