Thanks to Rhumbaflappies and Martins advice on scenery objects and GSL, I now have an efficient production line set up for the creation of the good stuff. So here's a first rough look of Schiphol; construction has just commenced....
What I could use some help with is the creation of reasonable dp's. As it's going to be a pretty crowded airfield, it would be nice to know there are no invisible walls...
Also, if someone knows of a Super Zone Killer Mod for me that can blow up anything with a single squeeze on the trigger, that would help tremendously! :icon30:

And I have been able thanks to this very same method of those gurus (Martin and Rhumba) to make Silvia's scenery objects destroyable!
Also thank you SdC for your keen interest on the Landscapers & Architects forum.
No words to say how much we owe to people like Martin and Rhumba. They have made CFS2 younger and still the sim of choice for us all!

Wow! That looks very nice.
Can you copy the 37mm cannon data from the P-39 Airacobra's DP to your machine gun data lines in the plane you want to be a super destroyer? That should give you the ability to destroy a building on a single pass for testing. Perhaps one of our DP gurus could confirm that.
By the way, how do you say airfield in Dutch? I know it and have used it in three other languages but I don't have a clue what it is in Holland.

Yeah it's starting to look pretty cool. Here's the result of some late night treeplanting

The most common word we use is "vliegveld" but a large airport like Schiphol is call "Luchthaven".

Indeed looking nice, Sander!
Do you need some GMAX trees?
I have some reworked PTO ones of Lindsay Watt laying around somewhere.
A => renamed set of ETO-style trees to use it next to the original file.
Some trees still need suiting bmps, though.

Very nice indeed, AKA RedWulf_53!!!
As for a single-pass Building Buster, any plane will do. Just open the dp with notepad, go to gunstations and change the forward-firing guns' damage dice to the equivalent of a 2000 or 5000lb bomb....you might also increase the muzzle velocity while you're in there:
Muzzle veloc=RED Damage Dice=GREEN

The trees are LW_Generic_Broadleaf! Quite effective. I would prefer to use the classic Gerrish Grey trees like I did in Munich, but I can't use those in GSL (...without another time-consuming conversion project).

Hi All,
SdC,
I found Wolfi's DUKW very usefull for destroying ground obj.
Drive right up and blast them. You can get a good idea of how many hits it takes to destroy something.
If you don't already have the demo files they are in the old forums. Look for "Driving Wolfi's DUKW"
Hope this helps,
B24Guy
