A Case of the Smudgies

Anyone have a clue as to what is causing the "smudgie" look on the dropdowns?

I am using WIN7 64 OS with ATH Radon 4800 video board, I7-860 (lynfield).

I've been getting those occassionally, also. But not just on flightsim. Also get it when scrolling PDFs, and when using other programs with menus. Same video card with 8.681.0 drivers, AMD PhenomIIx4 810 system on WIN7 64 bit OS.

AFAIK and a bit of "been there done that" it´s a video card issue, if it happens with a particualr aircraft, it means that the textures are too big
