Crying Canon...

I have recently been given the choice to buy a used but pretty much new in the box Nikon D300 and alot of studio equipment for LARGE discount from a fellow pro photographer here. I have to say that I haven't picked my Canon up since getting this Nikon. I was using the Canon 40D so it wasn't a bad camera at all but this Nikon is certainly showing it's stuff agaist it.

We have similar interests in subject matter (check out my "backyard " album).
I've been Canon for about 30 yrs now, currently using a coupla 5D's for the studio and an XTi for fartin' around. Nikon's ALMOST as good..........:mixedsmi:

I'm with you, I've used Canon forever back into the days of the AE1. This is actually the first Nikon I have ever used.
