Full Canadian UIRES screenpack by Dirtman!

Dirtman has uploaded a full set of Canadian UIRES screens that allow users to finally fly a full campaign for Canada. This is essential to be able to fly Royal Canadian Air Force, so I send my warmest thanks.

Remove the highlighted entry in the country.cfg then remove all spaces between the blue highlights

This will fix it - CFS2 will then use the "out_back_at_base_cdn.jpg" instead.
