CAG this rig beat out two more expensive rigs in our testing:Gamer Paladin F970 by IBUYPOWER $3300. We use the same zero-point comparison as MaximumPC in our testing

Two very fast rigs it beat:

Never once in all the testing of FSX with SP1 using GEX, Ultimate Terrain, TrafficX 2010 as a base did it drop below 30fps (all settings were full right and set to 100% traffic) anywhere in FSX using Nick N's guides at simviaiton.com (Disclaimer: We did not have FSX Gold or Acceleration for our FSX Deluxe as FSX is not a normal software used for gamer testing).

By the way: the term lightning fast is a pipe dream!

If you want to build your own-DarthVader has it right:

The only thing I would add is get a very very good single rail modular power supply for gaming! I also use liquid cooling systems on the i7Core processors. If you OC to 4.0 or better you will be glad you did and it's not hard to install just time consuming. If you decide you want to build there are videos on youtube that show you everything you need to know including OverClocking!

How come 12GB of RAM is really never used and people use 64-bit windows?
1 more, What is the fastest and best SDD formy uses?

It depends on the applications requirements as to how much RAM you need?
The fastest is not the best, but right now the leading SSD in overall performance is OC Vertex, but that will change in about a month as Patriot Torqx is coming out with a better version of already good version. I am sure that will change in another month

I disagree with FSX and SLI
although many have done it and gotten away with it, there are thousands that stumble with a SLI or CrossfireX set up.
Any good card from ATI 4890 up rocks FSX
