Just tried to send a PM to a SOH member after sending one to Rami... and the uploader showed me the following message:

I may be wrong about this, but I think this is a security measure enacted by Ickie to prevent spammers from sending many PMs within a short period of time to various administrators, staff members, and other people. This has an effect of slowing down the server.

It's not being done to torment you guys, I promise.
