Hey All,

Entire video shot with an Olympus micro 4/3rds E-PL1.

I'm thinking I likely want video capability in my next camera body.

On a related note the G2 showed up in a couple local stores day before yesterday - haven't had time to drool over one yet. Can hardly wait to check out the touchscreen and 1280x720 30fps video.

The YouTube video below has been around for a week or two...great work, too. Only thing that puts me off is the lack of video controls :(...

(P.S.: how do you integrate a video into your post ? Clicked the YT thingy above and put the link between the YouTube tags, but doesn't seem to work...if someone could fix it...would be highly appreciated!)

From a youtube link you only put the last part between the tags; example:

This is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IWEMd5dB_c (Completely random video of course :d)

You only use the part after the '=', in this case the '7IWEMd5dB_c'

Simply copy and paste it, and then use the 'youtube' button:

7IWEMd5dB_c

BTW I used my 7D (Full HD) recently at a friends concert for a minute or so, while two students were also filming using professional filming equipment, after one look at my results on the camera LCD one of them exclaimed:"That looks better than what I have on my camera!" :d

Ferry, does the 7D focus continuously during video capture ? Just wondering...

Good question, I haven't really tried it out except for that one minute. The 330Mb/minute takes up a lot of space I'd rather use for photos.
